A new online platform has launched that showcases stock from a number of National Association of Motor Auctions (NAMA) partner members in one place.

Car Auction Search enables buyers to access thousands of used vehicles available at auctions across the UK from the likes of Shoreham Vehicle Solutions, Central Car Auctions, Wilsons Auctions and The Fleet Auction Group.

Alex Wright, managing director of Shoreham Vehicle Auctions, said: “For the first time in history, auctions have the opportunity of coming together to aggregate and advertise their stock in one place.

"The simple and free to use website means less time sourcing and more time selling for buyers, and for the vendor a worldwide platform on which to showcase their vehicles."

Buyers can use the website’s search facility to locate the exact vehicle or item they require, click on it and get taken immediately to the auction where it is being sold physically, or through one of the digital sales channels that many modern-day auctions now offer.

All participating auctions are members of NAMA and as such adhere to its comprehensive code of conduct as laid down in its membership requirements.

Approximately 95% of vehicles wholesaled in the UK are sold by NAMA members.

Andrew Walker, CEO of The Fleet Auction Group, added: "Through its inspirational simplicity, this website will undoubtedly become the go-to place when searching for used stock in the UK."
