Nissan is launching an Activ-ated Micra, a special edtion with air-conditioning, power steering, electric windows and remote central locking.

There are two choices of engine, 60PS 1.0-litre for £7,850 and an 82PS 1.4-litre three-door priced at £8450 and a five-door at £8950. As part of Nissan's New Year's offers, there's the option of 0% finance over 12 months and there's one year's free insurance too.

The Activ neatly slots in between the S and the Sport in the Micra range. But the Activ gets full colour-coding for the body and a set of snazzy wheel trims all of its own.

The inside of the Activ sets it apart from the rest of the Micra range with a mint green interior includes mint green upholstery for the seats, a mint green steering wheel, silver coloured instrument panel and gear knob.

Accessories include alloy wheels, roof spoiler and Nissan's rear park system.

Standard equipment on the Micra Activ are air conditioning, front electric windows, keyless entry with central door locking and Superlocking, driver's airbag, power assisted steering, front seatbelt pretensioners, tinted door glass, chrome grille, 12 volt power socket, mint interior trim seats and door panel, silver coloured instrument panel, mint green 4 spoke steering wheel, silver/mint green gear knob insert, low fuel warning indicator (light and buzzer), pollen filter, body coloured bumpers with coloured inserts, body coloured door mirrors, body coloured side guard mouldings, security coded radio cassette.
