WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Your role as the customer service manager is to support the store retail and brand operation to ensure world-class customer experience. You will inspire, lead and coach other departments to drive positive customer feedback.
This role includes management the customer service functions in the store to ensure a positive customer experience and providing weekly reporting and analysis of customer metrics and identify trends/issues.
The main goal of this role is to act as the store and customer ambassador constantly look for improvements while protecting and promoting the brand.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
A truly clear and demonstrable background in customer service at a manager, supervisor or team leader level is essential. Managing a team is a massive part of this role so you must be familiar with that.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a desire to resolve issues. If you have experience handlining difficult customers and complaints that would be a massive bonus to this role.
The only thing we NEED from you is a Full UK/EU Driving License.

Car Allowance: £450 per month
