We are currently recruiting for a Service Analyst join our IT team based at our Customer Support Centre in Aston, Birmingham.

As a Service Analyst, you will provide guidance and ensure conformity and standardisation of the IT business as usual processes and procedures in line with those agreed with your line manager.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include;

  • Day to day service delivery of managed and prescribed ATS Euromaster services to Head Office (Aston), Point of Sale (POS) Centre Network and   Mobile Operations.
  • Monthly management reporting and weekly status reporting.
  • Incident management and change request management.
  • Recording errors and escalating to relevant IT Support team or 3rd party.
  • Budgetary monitoring to include monthly 3rd party billing where appropriate.
  • Identify, and resolve at source, key service affecting issues.
  • Be technically astute in multiple IT areas with the ability to recognise and challenge IT solutions where appropriate and refer work to the Solutions Architect or technical resources within the team to ensure any proposals are fit for purpose and supportable.
  • Management of day-to-day POS Centre queries and incidents via the IT Helpdesk.
  • Coordination of agreed projects to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner, to budget and right first time.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working within an IT support environment and have an organised and methodical approach to tasks.

They will have good communication skills and be able to take ownership and responsibility for problems and problem resolution.

It is key that the candidate has experience in management of end user devices, network incident management and application incident management. They will also have excellent IT skills.
