Due to internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Controller to join the team at our Wirral dealership. The successful candidate will assist the Used Car Sales Manager in achieving used car sales targets.
The role would be suitable for a well-rounded sales professional looking for their next career step, the ideal candidate will have a very strong F&I background as well as a flexible working approach.
Working with a close-knit and friendly team, you will be responsible for managing the used vehicle sales processes whilst achieving and exceeding sales and profit objectives. The role will have a strong focus on delivering finance and insurance sales. You’ll need to motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service. Ensuring that the sales process is fully compliant and RRG procedures followed. You will be reviewing all pricing policies, discounts and 'trade in' dealing with respect to used car sales to maintain dealership profitability.
The successful candidate must have:
Previous experience in a Sales Controller or Business / Transaction Manager role
A proven track record of successfully delivering annual used car sales targets
Demonstrable experience of achieving finance and insurance targets
The ability to motivate and coach a sales team to achieve success
Superb personal presentation and the utmost drive and determination to succeed
A full clean UK driving licence
