The Works Service operation at Newport Pagnell needs no introduction, the original site for
the Aston Martin Brand is now home to some of the finest craftsmen in the world, restoring
and maintaining both heritage and current models. To complement this wholly owned
operation, a new Sales Centre will be completed by March 2012 retailing new, pre-owned
and heritage cars.
Reporting to the Director – Works Service, the new position of General Sales Manager will
require an exceptional individual to manage the department from inception onwards.
As well as having the requisite skills in specialist new and used Vehicle Sales Management,
the selected candidate should also possess the ability to set up systems, organise the
opening, marketing and ongoing sales operation and ultimately recruit and train a small but
highly effective sales team.

Working from the Aston Martin worldwide Headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, the
One-77 & VIP Sales Manager career opportunity, is both challenging and rewarding.
Selling to the most discerning clientele in the World, a background in managing customer
relationships on a Global scale is a skill which is essential for the role.
Previous experience in high end luxury goods is essential for consideration, as well as the
ability to demonstrate a track record of sales, broad business acumen, coupled with a
mature and well balanced mindset on how to conduct senior level negotiations.
Outstanding presentation skills, communication, tenacity and sophistication will go hand in
