The difficulty in obtaining Daewoo parts which had developed since the GM merger should be a thing of the past, a company spokesman said today. GM Daewoo has invested over £2m in new stock at its Northampton warehouse.

“We were only too aware of the difficulty that customers faced in getting hold of parts for their Daewoos,” says GM Daewoo UK managing director Andy Carrol.

“With a significant investment in UK stock and the quick turnaround of less popular parts from the GM Daewoo European central parts warehouse at Breda in Holland, customers can be confident that parts can be with their retailer in double quick time.”
