Fiat Ducato: A restyled front end with new bumpers and light clusters. Powertrain options include a new Sofim 111bhp 2.3 JTD to go along with the 2.0 and 2.8-litre common rail diesels and the 2.0-litre petrol. Other new technology includes a TV for rear vision and Connect, Fiat's telematic system.

Nissan Interstar: A Nissan version of the Renault Master/Vauxhall Movano twins, the Interstar is vital to Nissan's plans to boost its share of the European LCV market from three per cent to five per cent by 2004. The Interstar comes in three versions - 2.8t, 3.3t and 3.5t - and offers customers the choice of three body lengths, three heights, and 1.9dCi, 2.2dCi and 2.5dCi diesel engine options.

Citroen Relay: The Relay range - 1100, 1500 and 1800 - comes with an increased choice of load capacities, from 7.5cu m to 14cu m, and a wider range of engines. A 2-litre petrol option and a 2.2HDi diesel join the existing 2.0- and 2.8-litre HDi units. The entry-level Relay 1100 is offered with a short wheelbase, high roof can which, says Citroen, is a first for the UK market.
