Astra radio goes digital

Vauxhall has launched an additional model into its Astra range. The SXi Digital will be the first car to have a digital radio fitted as standard.

The system will be standard fit and incorporates a six-CD changer, seven-band graphic equaliser and seven-speaker system.

Digital radio will offer exclusive new stations as well as all the analogue ones – none of the stations need to be tuned in just selected from a list on screen.

Order books open October 1 this year for the SXi Digital model.

Savings on styling for all Vauxhalls

Vauxhall is offering customers special offers on styling packs until the end of the year.

Vauxhall owners can save up to £300 on a full styling pack and receive a free fleece, umbrella and motorsport cap together worth over £75.

Full styling packs are available for all models in the manufacturer’s range, including the new Astra range, plus Combo, Corsavan, Astravan and Vivaro vans.

The special offer price of £925 on the Corsa styling pack will save customers over £100, while the Vectra B saloon and hatch styling pack shows a saving of over £300 on normal prices.
