Named FMG Partner Support, the programme is designed to offer security to repair partners and develop commitment from both parties. Identified partners are guaranteed volumes of repairs in line with agreed performance levels, such as minimizing vehicle off-road time, efficient administration and raising levels of customer service.
Quarterly reviews will allow FMG to increase volumes for particularly high-achieving repairers. It will also provide support such as trading analysis and performance measuring.
Nick Brown, FMG Support chief executive, says the scheme will ensure maximum business benefits for all. He adds: “As the company continues to win contracts with some of the UK’s leading fleets, the programme will enable ambitious suppliers to grow alongside us.”
FMG Support has a network of 150 affiliated primary repairers plus 1350 specialist commercial repairers and recovery agents.
