DaimlerChrysler has voluntary delisted from 12 stock exchanges due to a ‘minimal trading of ordinary shares and the costs of administrative burdens to maintain the listings.

The company has left the following stock markets:

  • Bourse de Paris
  • SWX Swiss Exchange
  • Philadelphia Stock Exchange
  • The Chicago Stock Exchange, Incorporated
  • NYSE Arca
  • Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
  • Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange
  • Duesseldorf Stock Exchange
  • Stock Exchanges Hamburg and Hanover
  • Munich Stock Exchange

Listing at the stock exchanges in Frankfurt, New York and Stuttgart will continue to be maintained.

DaimlerChrysler said it hoped the decision would simplify its administrative processes.
