Seat has awarded a three-year contract to Mondial UK to manage its used car and extended warranty programmes.

It builds on Mondial’s relationships with Volkswagen Group, where it provides services to the VW and Audi brands.

Simon Cook, automotive general manager at Mondial UK, says: “Seat is a dynamic, sporty brand and Mondial aims to create an added value service to match and exceed customer demand. We will also be working with dealers to maximize profits and identify new sales opportunities.”

Mondial’s team will visit Seat retailers to build warranty sales and, therefore, customer retention in the aftersales department. It hopes to quadruple retention levels.

It puts warranty success down to competitive pricing and dealer support.

David Arden of Seat says Mondial’s understanding of the warranty market will benefit its customers.
