Nick Crawford has been appointed as BMW outbound manager at Mondial UK.

Prior to joining Mondial, Crawford gained experience in client management, call centre management and outsource solutions design.

"Not only will I be focusing on creating an outbound telemarketing strategy that most adequately supports the business objectives of BMW, I will be making sure that the knowledge the team gains from their daily customer interaction is available to BMW and its dealer network in the most meaningful way possible," said Crawford.
