Wayside Group has acquired family-owned Keith Garages in Aylesbury.

Encompassing Volkswagen, Audi and Hyundai dealerships, this recent acquisition is the group’s first venture into Aylesbury and its first Hyundai dealership.

The Wayside Group has grown over the last few years both organically and through acquisitions. The last 18 months has seen the incorporation of one Skoda and two Toyota dealerships, while the group already has established Audi, Volkswagen, BMW and Mini businesses. The Aylesbury acquisition brings Hyundai to the group for the first time.

Employing over 800 people, the Wayside Group now has five Audi sites and six Volkswagen sites in addition to BMW, Mini, Skoda and two Toyota centres. The group also has fleet, trade parts, rental and bodyshop businesses under the group banner.
