Mazda Motors UK is rolling out a range of web-based sales and marketing solutions for its dealer network in partnership with GForces.

The strategy will see all Mazda dealers introduce a common website template which will include an e-commerce package for Mazda parts and accessories, as well as a used vehicle locator. It’s the first time GForces has partnered with a manufacturer.

The project has been co-funded with Mazda UK paying for the build and set up of the websites and the dealers paying a monthly charge once the websites have gone live, the cost of which depends on the level of services they wish to purchase from GForces.

Mazda says the new strategy will allow it to manage its brand identity across all dealer websites and easily implement network wide changes like the launch of new models and finance offers.

Dealers will be able to manage content on their own sites as well as manage search engine performance and stock details.

All of the dealer websites will be viewable on smartphones.
Claire Andrews, marketing director of Mazda Motors UK, said: ‘We’ve done this for our dealers and customers.

“The online solutions provided by GForces allow us to put our customers at the heart of the retail experience.

“We know most customers prefer to research their purchases online and these new websites will provide them with a user-friendly experience, whilst supporting the commercial needs of our dealer network.”
