Exchange and Mart has relaunched its search function for motors with the specific aim to increase exposure for dealers.
Designed to deliver more specific search results, ExchangeandMart.co.uk now claims it is easier and faster for buyers to find the vehicle they want
The launch marks the first major project created by Exchange and Mart’s new web development team to specifically benefit its dealer community.
The enhanced search allows multiple options to be selected and displayed in one list, therefore getting the most relevant ads to the potential buyer as quickly as possible.
Debra Healy, digital director, said: “Buyers using our used car search are immediately taken to the most suitable cars for sale. This means that if a dealer has a car matching their specific search criteria it will be visible faster to the potential customer as only the most relevant ads are displayed.
"The search facility now also provides more targeted visibility for display ad campaigns, using contextually linked ad tags.”
Powered by Solr to deliver a fast and highly efficient search system, the new search facility is part of Exchange and Mart’s long term investment in the site.
Healy said: “This enhanced search facility is just one of many projects planned for the site over the coming months, where investment in technology will reward trade sellers with an even more profitable marketing experience.”
