Ford launches new accident management programme

Ford has launched a new accident management programme this month to help boost work at its own repair centres.

The free service is for all new and used Ford vehicle drivers in the UK, regardless of their insurance company.

Ford drivers can contact a hotline to get their repairs carried out at their nearest Ford Accident Repair Centre using genuine Ford parts fitted by Ford trained technicians following Ford repair methods.

Paul McDermott, Ford collision repair manager, said: “Ford's Accident Management Programme takes over many complex parts of the repair process such as contacting the insurance company, organising vehicle recovery and providing a courtesy car."
