Snows Motor Group has taken on the Peugeot franchise in Romsey, Hampshire, two months after former franchise holder Southgate Group went bust.
It is leasing the same site previously occupied by Southgate, and has created 25 jobs.
Accountants Begbies Traynor, which has been handling Southgate Group's liquidation, said Southgate's Bridport Mitsubishi site had been leased and re-opened by a new franchisee, Motorwell.
Both re-openings have found jobs for several former Southgate staff.
No buyers have yet been found for Southgate’s other former dealerships in Southampton, Winchester, Andover, Poole, and Blandford.
