Nissan has appointed president of Audi of America Johan de Nysschen as its new senior vice president at Infiniti.
De Nysschen will take up the role as senior vice president of Nissan’s Infiniti division from July 1 at the company’s new global headquarters in Hong Kong.
De Nysschen will report to Nissan executive vice president Andy Palmer.
Palmer said: “We have exciting and ambitious plans for improving the Infiniti brand including introducing new models in all markets where premium customer demand exists.”
De Nysschen was with Audi for 19 years. During his tenure he served in executive positions in South Africa, Japan and most recently as President of the brand’s American operations.

This brand is one to watch. A true rival for MercBM. Should his name be Nissan though?
