Pet adoption scheme helps Chevrolet dealer find caring customers

A Chevrolet dealership is holding its third pet adoption afternoon event in 18 months.

For the staff at Jackson Chevrolet in Middletown, USA, pets have always been a focus of their lives.

Now the dealership is preparing to host its third pet adoption event, which it holds in partnership with local animal rescue organisations.

The event will include an open house and pet adoption event offering supplier pricing on vehicles, no-pressure test drives, free trade-in appraisals along with face painting, a magician and hot dogs, plus live broadcasts from its local radio station.

“Many of us at Jackson’s have pets and feel strongly about trying to rescue those that need homes,” Heather Hetrick, community liaison for Jackson Chevrolet, said. “Our owner, Tamera Jackson, is an animal person horses, a dog and a cat. She has also fostered a few dogs.”

“This event has grown as we continued to ask other nearby animal rescues to attend,” Hetrick said.
