6. If your vehicle breaks down and is recovered to our van centre, we will perform an initial diagnosis within a maximum of one working day
7. We will fit genuine Volkswagen parts, designed and manufactured to suit your vehicle and maintain optimum performance
8. We will give you a two year parts and labour warranty
9. We will fully explain all work carried out, including warranty work and any work paid for by your fleet company or service contract

Volkswagen light commercial vehicle (under 3.5 tonne) registrations saw a 13.12% increase in 2013 to 36,925 units, slightly outperforming the market which was at a five year high at 271,073 units, a 13.12% increase on 2012.

The German brand sits in second place in the UK LCV market next to Ford which posted 25.11% growth last year to 68,054 units.

Volkswagen CV posted 13.35% growth in Q1 this year to 10,669 units. Ford was up 23.19% in Q1 to 18,530 units. The total van market for Q1 was up 16.02% to 79,917 units.
