Fix Auto UK has secured a new national agreement to provide motor repair services to one of the country’s top 10 motor insurers.

The new agreement with RSA Group takes the number of central insurance contracts now operated by the network to five and enables RSA’s claims team to call upon the network’s 75 body shops to provide repair support to its policyholders.

Ian Pugh, managing director of Fix Auto UK, said: “We have been working closely with the RSA claims team since the summer and I am now delighted to be able to confirm that Fix Auto is officially a repair partner to RSA Group.

He added: “Insurers are clearly interested in our proposition. Our continued success is down to the hard work of our body shop network, which works together with our regional management team to provide excellent customer service, repair cost control, and managed cycle times.

“This is supported by our innovative software platforms, and underpinned by a lifetime guarantee, which provides peace of mind to our insurer clients and their customers.”

Fix Auto UK’s agreement with RSA Group marks another step forward for the business which did not hold any insurer contracts four and a half years ago.

It now carries out more than 120,000 body repairs per year for leading motor insurance companies, fleets, and retail customers.

Mark Jackson, RSA’s Head of Motor Supply, said: “We are delighted to be working with Fix Auto UK as one of our partners and a member of our repair network. Fix Auto's customer focus fits with what we look for in a network repair partner. Together we have a common goal in delivering excellent service to our customers.”
