Autogem has introduced a new award in honour of its late business development manager, Adam Livett, as part of its annual Under Pressure competition.
The Adam Livett Award will debut at Under Pressure ‘25, taking place on June 25 at the Pirelli Performance Centre in Burton-upon-Trent.
The new accolade will recognise the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) technician who best reflects Livett’s personable approach, positive attitude, and professionalism—qualities that made him a respected figure across the aftermarket sector.
Livett, who passed away six months ago, was described by colleagues as kind-hearted, enthusiastic and a driving force within the business.
His legacy has prompted Autogem to establish a permanent tribute that acknowledges both technical competence and character.
“Adam’s loss to the business is huge, but his loss to us as a friend is immeasurable,” said Autogem managing director Prashant Chopra. “This award ensures his spirit continues to inspire our industry.”
Now in its fourth year, Under Pressure is the only UK competition dedicated to recognising excellence in TPMS diagnostics and customer engagement. The addition of the Adam Livett Award introduces a new dimension to the event, emphasising not just technical skill but also the value of human connection in the aftermarket.
TPMS technicians can register for Under Pressure ‘25 via autogem.co.uk/underpressure, with qualifying rounds opening shortly.
