Crayford & Abbs in Bodham has been awarded the Best Customer Service trophy by Nissan against top performers from across the world.
The business triumphed after undergoing a judging process in which it was assessed against the best of the best in key Nissan markets around the world.
Since its inception as a main Nissan dealer in 2011, Crayford & Abbs has won global awards from the manufacturer on seven previous occasions.
In winning this latest one, the business was praised for consistently delivering first-class service and looking after customers’ cars in the best way possible.
In addition, the team were acclaimed for their high levels of organisation and their ‘right first time’ approach to all servicing and repair work.
Numerous examples of excellent online feedback were also taken into account.
Nicolas Belaud, aftersales director at Nissan GB, recently presented the trophy to Kevin Abbs, managing director at Crayford & Abbs.
