Team GB snowboarder and Mitsubishi brand ambassador Zoe Gillings-Brier has picked up her new ASX from Luscombe Mitsubishi in Leeds, before embarking on a journey to encourage skiing and snowboarding stars of the future.

Gillings-Brier is about to head off on The Mitsubishi Motors Ski and Snowboard Talent ID Series, which she has devised along with a team of specialist coaches. The event is taking place at various venues this spring and summer, in conjunction with Mitsubishi Motors (UK).

GB Adaptive SBX coach Simon Nicholson will also be at the events to search for hidden talent.

Gillings-Brier said: “I’m really excited about travelling around the country for The Mitsubishi Motors Ski and Snowboard Talent ID Series. I’m looking forward to meeting some enthusiastic young skiers and snowboarders and the Mitsubishi ASX is the perfect vehicle for all the long journeys we will be doing with all our kit.”

The first event takes place at the Kendal Snowsports Club on May 10, before heading around the UK and coming back to the West Yorkshire area to Snozone Castleford on July 26.

Sales manager at Luscombe Mitsubishi Graham Smithson said: “I am sure The Mitsubishi Motors Ski and Snowboard Talent ID Series is going to be a huge success and we’re delighted to see Zoe taking to the road in her new ASX. With all the travelling she will be doing in the coming months the ASX is the ideal vehicle for Zoe.”
