RMB Automotive has added Renault and Dacia to its portfolio of car dealerships in the North of England.

The privately-owned car dealer will represent the two brands in Northallerton, with the creation of 10 jobs, and plans to open a second dealership with Renault and Dacia in Darlington by the end of the year.

The expansion adds to the seven dealerships RMB Automotive has operated across Teesside and North Yorkshire since its founding in 2003, for brands including Ford, Toyota and Lexus.

RMB has been ranked as Toyota’s top dealer in its customer satisfaction scheme for the past three years.

Robert Bennett, RMB Automotive managing director, said: “Our new showroom in Northallerton looks great and we are really pleased with the results of months of hard work. Customer service is massive for us and I’m sure people will enjoy coming here to this fantastic facility.

“Renault and Dacia have a fantastic range of cars and the quality is higher than it has ever been. There are more exciting models coming our way in the next year or two so I’m looking forward to a successful partnership in the future.”

The new six-car showroom has the latest Renault Store retail concept, which is divided into zones, making it easier for the customer to see what they want. Interactive displays and the chance to use the tablets provided also help improve the customer experience.

It has a forecourt for 60 used cars and a six-bay workshop.
