Marshall Cambridge is Volvo UK’s Dealer of the Year

Volvo UK Dealer of the Year 2016: Marshall Cambridge

Marshall Cambridge was named as Volvo UK’s Dealer of the Year as the Swedish brand acknowledged the star performers across its 102-strong dealer network.

Ray Chapman Motors, Strathmore, TMS Coventry, Fawcett’s Garage, Keith Price Garages and Donalds, were also recognised by the premium manufacturer as they came out on top as 2016’s Regional Dealer of the Year winners.

The awards were the result of the Volvo Dealer of the Year challenge, with the winners determined using key performance indicators from a variety of measures, including new car sales, used car sales, parts and accessories sales, and customer satisfaction.

Members of the team from Marshall Motor Holdings' Cambridge dealership and the other top-performing dealers will be heading to the spectacular Graubünden region of Switzerland, an area of outstanding natural beauty, for a well-deserved luxury break away as a result of their efforts last year.

General manager for Marshall Cambridge, Anthony Lord, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the entire team, who work incredibly hard to deliver high levels of service to our customers.

“Having secured a Regional Dealer of the Year spot at the six-month mark in 2016, to go on to win the overall Dealer of the Year is a real testament to everyone at Marshall Cambridge, so we’re naturally delighted to be recognised for our efforts.”

Jon Wakefield, managing director of Volvo Car UK, said: “2016 was another record-breaking year for Volvo in the UK, with our dealers playing a huge part in the sales success, as we welcomed more beautifully designed and technologically advanced cars to our range.

“It’s hugely rewarding for us to be able to acknowledge the stand-out performers within our dealer network throughout the year as part of the Dealer of the Year challenge.

“The winning dealerships have all demonstrated outstanding levels of service and commitment to their customers on behalf of Volvo, and I hope they take great pride in their awards.”
