Mercedes-Benz network secures fleet aftersales award

Company car drivers have voted for Mercedes-Benz as the best fleet dealer network for aftersales support.

It is the second time Mercedes-Benz has topped the category in Experteye’s awards for providing the best service to fleet drivers when it comes to vehicle maintenance.

The win came as a result of votes posted via Experteye’s driver satisfaction survey, Touchpoint, which requests driver feedback after key events such as vehicle delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, windscreen and glass repair and replacement, vehicle breakdown, use of pool vehicles and when a driver suffers an accident.

Sally Jones, customer services director, Mercedes-Benz Cars UK, said: “We have superb products, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire ownership term is a vital part of our business.”

Experteye’s chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow, said: “I’m delighted to present this award to Mercedes-Benz yet again.

“Their driver feedback has been consistently high throughout the year, and their dealer network has demonstrated remarkable levels of aftersales support to fleet drivers.

“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from company car drivers, making Mercedes-Benz deserved winners.”

The Experteye awards cover eight different fleet and automotive award categories in total.

Mercedes-Benz won its accolade based on feedback drawn from over 60,000 drivers of leased vehicles during 2016.
