Westover Jaguar Land Rover has confirmed its attendance at the National Armed Forces Day which takes place in the city of Salisbury from June 28 to 30.

As one of only two UK military-authorised Land Rover retailers and only one of four UK-based Jaguar retailers accredited to sell vehicles at special rates to military, embassy and diplomatic personnel as well as ex-serving personnel, attendance at this event is significant to the Westover Jaguar Land Rover team.

Westover’s group operations director, Mark Whittam, said: “We are really proud to support this event which provides a much valued morale boost for the troops and their families.

"It’s been tough in Salisbury over the 18 months, so it is going to be fantastic to give something back to the city and the people who live and work there.

“The Westover Military sales team will have a selection of new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles on display, along with a hospitality unit.

"The team will be on hand to answer any questions about the product and what savings are available for serving and ex-serving military personnel.’’

This ticketed but free event takes place at Hudson's Field and includes an air show, military displays and activities, children's and community activities, plus free live entertainment every day and a fireworks display.

Whittam said: “The event is expected to attract more than 250,000 visitors over the three days to acknowledge and thank the military personnel, and we are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stand to peruse some of the latest Jaguar Land Rover vehicle available.”
