Donalds Ipswich crowned Mazda Dealer of the Year

Donalds Ipswich has been awarded top dealer status as Mazda’s Dealer of the Year in the national league for 2019/2020.

With a network of 123 dealerships across the UK, the national Mazda Dealer League assesses businesses on a number of merits including overall dealership performance, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction levels for both sales and service across the year.

Surpassing the national average in each category, most notably the Suffolk dealership was commended for its first-class customer experience across its sales and service divisions.

Dan Le Cocq, general manager at Donalds Mazda Ipswich, said: “In every aspect of our business, our dealership is committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers, so to receive this top level of recognition from Mazda UK is a great achievement for all our hard work over the last 12 months.

“We truly have a first-class team here at Donalds Mazda Ipswich and we look forward to building on our 2020 success.”

As one of the four dealerships across East Anglia under the Donalds Group, the Ipswich dealership is the first branch to achieve the top ‘Mazda Dealer of the Year’ accolade.

Peter Allibon, Mazda sales director, said: “Delivering a great customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, so our winner is a shining example of Mazda’s customer-focused approach.

“It certainly is testament to the fantastic dealership facility they have in Ipswich and the strength of the entire team.”
