Harwoods Group has revealed that it will open its new Volvo Crawley dealership in late February 2021 as construction of the new showroom facility nears completion.

The purpose-built retail centre, on the Manor Royal Industrial Estate, close to the M23, M25 motorways and the A23, will feature a new car showroom, the latest in Volvo servicing technology and a Volvo Genuine parts department.

Approved Used Volvo models from across the range, covered by Volvo Selekt used car scheme, will also be available at the new site.

Nick Jones, director of Harwood’s Volvo, said: “The addition of Volvo is a very welcome development for our company, a family-owned business since its foundation more than 86 years ago.

“We are excited to be able to welcome this much admired Swedish brand next year, and with a superbly-built range of elegant new models to offer, Volvo makes for an exact match in terms of quality and style for Harwoods Group and our prestige selection of brands.”

In October, Harwoods Group completed the development of a new glass-sided Audi aftersales facility in Portsmouth in an effort to bring customers a “future now” car servicing experience.

The AM100 retail group serves customers in Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent and across the South East.

Harwoods operates a single Volvo franchise as part of a premium, luxury and supercar brand portfolio which includes Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover and McLaren.

Jones said: “We are very proud of our reputation for delivering high standards of customer service and we constantly aim to drive those standards forward to enhance our focus on customer care.

“This means that current and new Volvo owners will always be able to expect a level of service in keeping with the esteemed reputation of the Volvo brand.”
