Dealer group Stephen James has launched a new website.

It was developed by Click Dealer and is the automotive supply company’s first main dealer group website after 19 years in the independent sector.

Stephen James’ new website is aimed at "ensuring the business is more customer focused", as well as promoting and selling new and approved used BMW and Minis.

The group is an authorised BMW and Mini dealer based in London and Kent, with four BMW and three Mini outlets in Bromley, Enfield and Ruxley and a BMW Urban Store in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

The website includes full lead management. It also encompasses online retailing and CRM platform, ClickEngage.

Elements of ClickEngage are used as part of Stephen James’ new vehicle retailing offering, including part-ex and lead capture, which is processed by its own digital experts.
