Nissan newcomer Bianca Ashwin is prioritising customer care after being appointed assistant service manager at Wessex Garages’ new Bristol dealership.

Ashwin has two years’ experience as a service advisor at another main dealership ahead of her move to the £5 million purpose-built facility which opened in December and said that she was “thrilled” to be part of the team.

She said: “We are a fairly new team but with lots of enthusiasm and experience between us. I have worked in the motor trade industry for six years but this will be my first time working with the Nissan brand.

“What drew me to Wessex Garages are its very high standards when it comes to aftersales care and this is something I am very passionate about.”

Claire Andrews, service manager at the Cribbs Causeway Nissan retailer, said: “I worked with Bianca prior to our roles at Wessex Garages at another motor dealership and I am looking forward to working with her again. She is very focused on delivering outstanding customer care and will be an asset to the aftersales team.”
