Changes at the top of Seat UK’s management team have seen the introduction of new faces to oversee the Spanish brand’s retail, marketing and supply departments.

The new-look management team at Seat UK sees Steve Catlin become head of sales operations, Andrew Tracey take over as head of marketing, Chris Stevens as head of group retail concepts and Ben Fish as head of planning and supply.

Catlin assumes responsibility for a 36-strong office and field-based team, reporting in to Seat UK director Richard Harrison, after moving across from a role as head of group fleet services within Volkswagen Group UK.

Catlin, who joined the Volkswagen Group from Vauxhall in July last year, said: “I’m looking forward to working with the Seat team and our dealer partners to grow this agile and dynamic brand in the UK.

“With a focus on our combined sales effectiveness, the customer experience and the imminent arrival of Ateca, our first SUV, we will be able to further release the potential that exists across both the retail and fleet sales channels.”

Tracey takes over marketing for Seat UK, in place of Stevens – who became head of group retail concepts – after 12 years in various sales, marketing and planning roles with the brand.

Taking over from Tracey as head of planning and supply is Ben Fish. Formerly product marketing manager for Audi UK, Fish moves back to Seat after nine years with its sister brand.
