Swansway Group Stafford Land Rover has announced that sales apprentice Molly Taylor has received a perfect 100% score in her final sales apprenticeship exam, and is the “only person to do so”.

Taylor will graduate in March and is aiming to stay with Swansway and further her career within the group.

“When I left school I went to work for a travel company, it was great, but I knew I wanted to build a career for myself, not just have a job,” said Taylor.

“When I was selected for the sales apprentice role at Stafford Land Rover, I was delighted, but also determined to work as hard as I could

“Getting 100% in the final exam is the icing on the cake for me! I’ve now been at Stafford Land Rover for almost 2 years, it’s part of family-owned Swansway Motor Group and I’ve felt hugely supported by not just whole dealership team, but Jaguar Land Rover and Swansway too.”

Stafford Land Rover’s head of business, John Nimbley, said: “Molly is a force of nature and brings a breath of fresh air to the team. She’s enthusiastic, hard-working and fun, but as this amazing result shows, she’s also committed and dedicated to achieving excellent results”.

Swansway’s director, David Smyth, said:  “What a fantastic achievement! As a family business we love to see young people thriving and succeeding and apprenticeships offer a great opportunity for them to do so across all in areas of our business. Congratulations Molly”.
