Former CitNOW director Paul Jordan has joined Rapid RTC as its new national accounts sales manager, the car retail lead management company has announced.

Jordan brings more than 40 years’ experience in automotive business development to his new role, where his responsibilities will include working with car dealer groups nationwide.

Previously, Jordan has held roles in dealer finance and insurance for the Bank of Scotland, as well as client services director for CitNOW, where his customer-focused role involved supporting the organisation’s expansion in the UK and global markets.

Pontus Riska, Rapid RTC's vice-president of sales and support, said: “Through lifelong successes in strategy development and building quality relationships within the industry, the depth of knowledge and valuable expertise that Paul brings us and our clients will play an important role in building strong partnerships across the country.”

SsangYong Motors UK's dealer network is implementing RAPID RTC's Lead Manager platform to optimise franchisees' responses to enquiries from prospective buyers.

Last year, AM conducted a 10 Minutes with Glen Demetrioff interview, where he told us about the risks of remote enquiry management and the consumer's desire for immediacy and expertise.

In 2020, a new integration took place between iVendi and RAPID RTC, which claimed to offer 'improved lead generation and management' for car dealers.

Commenting on his new role, Jordan said: “I believe that trust, integrity, long-term partnership, and following through are all vital to collective success.

“After 40 years in the market these values remain central to all I do, and I have a great deal of confidence in the team at Rapid RTC who share these beliefs, which I’ve seen enacted consistently though the high level of work devoted to developing the company’s products and supporting its customers.”
