A new integration between iVendi and RAPID RTC has claimed to offer 'improved lead generation and management' for car dealers.

Dealers using iVendi’s omni-channel car finance platform to generate leads and RAPID RTC to manage them can now benefit from a smooth exchange of information between the two systems, avoiding the need for rekeying and other manual processes.

It is now being made available as an additional service to dealers who use RAPID RTC Lead Manager and iVendi.

James Tew, chief executive at iVendi, said: “iVendi and RAPID RTC systems are used alongside each other in many different dealerships and integrating them comprehensively in this manner will bring very real benefits for all of them.”

Pontus Riska, vice president of sales and support at RAPID RTC, said: “This integration makes absolute sense, enabling the two systems to be used to make all lead handling across the dealership much easier and more efficient.”

Dealer group Harwoods, was the first customer to use the technology in February.

Martin Kay, group transaction and finance services manager, said: “These two systems form the core of our lead generation and management infrastructure and this integration is helping our dealer staff access a wide range of efficiencies that ultimately increase the chances of a successful sale.”

In June, Tew urged dealers to have a 'second wave plan' to deal with the prospect of another COVID-19 coronavirus lockdown later this year.

RAPID RTC managing director Glen Demetrioff features in the '10 minutes with...' interview in  the latest issue of AM.

In the feature, Demetrioff discusses the value of joined-up lead management and his platform's creation of healthy competition among car sales executives on the showrooms floor.
