Lisa Adams joins WMS Group as product manager for its new warranty solutions

WMS Group has appointed Lisa Adams as product manager to drive the development of its new warranty products.

She joins with a wealth of experience in the automotive, financial services and insurance sectors, having spent more than 20 years in marketing and product development.

Adams will be responsible for developing new warranty products as well as confirming existing products continue to be fit for purpose through working with dealers to understand more about their requirements and customer needs.

She will also be responsible for further developing Safe & Sound, with a suite of new after-sale products designed to provide dealers with the tools needed to increase used vehicle sales, whilst giving customers peace of mind.

WMS Group recently relaunched its Safe & Sound brand in response to the changing demands of the dealer market.

Adams said: “WMS is on a fast journey to shake up the market and go beyond expectations, so I’m delighted to be joining at such an exciting time. The business is agile, dynamic and ambitious and – together with parent company Opteven – is a real market leader when it comes to warranty products.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team to develop the existing offer, but to also introducing new products and services to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of warranty solutions.
