Hendy Group has appointed Natasha Mead as its new head of people to help develop future talent within the company.

Sarah Martyn, director of people and organisational development, said: “Her wealth of experience working in a large customer-facing company means Natasha is well-placed to be an integral part of the senior leadership team and she has quickly become an important part of the business."

Natasha who joins Hendy Group from DIY giant B&Q takes over the role as head of people from Clare Hendy who is now project lead for the group’s HR information system.

“Hendy Group has a great ethos and attitude to people development and I’m really looking forward to my role which will be to support and develop the talent already here to empower our line managers to thrive in the business as it continues to grow,” said Natasha.
