Jardine Motors Group has teamed up with Dealerweb to introduce new showroom management software across the majority of its 70-site network.

The AM100 dealer group has already piloted its own bespoke version of the Dealerweb system – called Jardine Vision – at its Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda and Seat franchises and is now embarking on a wider roll-out.

The new system is set to standardise showroom processes, encompassing all stages from initial customer enquiry through to placement of an order and also ensure FCA compliance while helping Jardine staff manage leads, configure customer quotations and orders, administer vehicle finance, and manage and centralise financial reporting.

Jason Cranswick, commercial director at Jardine Motors Group, said: “Less time spent on manually filling out paper-based or individual electronic forms liberates more time for the business of customer service and selling.

“It means we can push for further growth in new and used vehicle sales, as well as greater profitability, improved efficiency and higher customer satisfaction.”

Dealerweb’s modular web-based showroom management system uses cloud technology and constitutes a ‘Software as a Service’ solution, meaning upgrades can be made digitally.

The per-site licence policy also means that these enhancements will be made without any further cost to Jardine.
