Cooper Solutions has added to the scope of its FullAuction online auction site with the introduction of mobile bidding for dealers.

FullAuction has been made fully compatible with web enabled devices, Apple, Android and Windows, bringing an improved experience and accessibility for buying and selling used cars on the go, according to the brand.

The move comes after the website saw buying activity on mobile devices continue to grow in 2017 and the launch of its mobile bidding functionality has already seen that increase more than double.

Simon Whicher, general manager at Cooper Solutions, said: “With mobile bidding, dealers can trade quickly and efficiently, without even having to be at their desk, which is crucial in a fast moving trading arena.

“By utilising mobile technology we are not only able to streamline the buying and selling journey for our e-auction dealer community, but improve performance, processes and profitability.

“Indeed, as a digital trading solution, FullAuction is proving to generate, on average, double the profit that sellers would have achieved at a physical auction.”

FullAuction is an alternative route to market for franchised dealers buying and selling trade cars.

For sellers, it minimises transaction costs, attracts hundreds of validated buyers nationwide, and is quick and easy to list, sell and deliver.

Cooper Solutions claims that online auctions receive bids from 20 times more unique bidders than when using local traders alone, with online buyers proven to travel on average eight times further than local traders.
