Digital lead management software provider DMT Group has rebranded and will now be called Rapid RTC.
Rapid RTC is looking to expand its UK business, based in London, with its lead management and live chat products.
Rapid RTC’s president and chief executive Glen Demetrioff (pictured) said: “Our company has been built on the evolution of the digital customer journey over the past 20 years.
"The demand for our products has grown steadily in both Canada, where Rapid RTC was founded, and globally, with our customers recognising us by the name of our flagship product.
"It made logical and strategic sense to ensure our branding was seamless."
