ASE Automotive Solutions has secured its largest international agreement with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).

The company will provide JLR with business management and consultancy services across its 1,645 retail and dealer network outlets in 28 countries around the world.

JLR engaged ASE to help it reduce complexity in its business processes and is undertaking a review of retailer profitability and efficiency drivers in all its markets.

ASE Global chief executive, Robert Jones, said: “We see significant opportunities for those manufacturers willing to change their approach, particularly in emerging markets, but it is critical their operations are streamlined and efficient, so that they have an accurate, uniform picture of how their businesses are performing.

“By providing both the manufacturer and its dealer network with far greater transparency and accuracy around business performance we enable our clients to move more quickly to seize new opportunities and build robust, sustainable businesses for the long-term.”

JLR has committed to a long-term agreement, which will see ASE advise operations in all markets using ASE Global Data Services solutions.

ASE has started a phased expansion of its services to the JLR operations around the world, beginning in Australia, Russia, Europe and North America and will finalise the deployment in all JLR markets within the next few months.
