Caffyns adopts Contact Advantage CRM system at 12 sites

Caffyns has announced that it has installed Contact Advantage software across 12 of its franchised sites.

The installation will integrate its CRM showroom system and Power Dealership Management System (DMS), enabling the synchronisation of customer data – and is compatible with mobile and tablets.

Caffyns’ managing director Simon Caffyn said: “We have enjoyed a long term relationship with Reynolds as a Power DMS user for many years. Now, we enjoy the completeness of integration between these two systems, from the initial enquiry to the order form.”
