Honda is to begin public road testing of a new version of its FCX-V3 fuel cell vehicle, equipped with fuel cell stacks developed in-house.

The test in California will help verify the market feasibility of Honda's fuel cell technologies.

The vehicle (pictured below) can seat up to four people and has a top speed of 78mph, using a polymer electrolyte fuel cell and pure hydrogen as fuel.
