Review

Nissan has introduced a special edition Almera, called the Elegance, which features a leather interior and aircon amongst its host of standard features.

There are four Elegances to choose from priced from £11,750 to £14,050 OTR and is available with a 1.5-litre three or five-door, 1.8-litre five-door and 1.8-litre five-door auto.

The Elegance (pictured below) slots into the Almera family above the SE costing £550, but giving more than £1,000 worth of extra equipment.

The special edition comes with body coloured bumper, side guard mouldings and door handle inserts, and the 15-inch wheels get new trims. There are two colour choice, blue or silver, both metallic.

The interior is in blue only, including the leather upholstery. Aircon is standard, as is the electric sunroof, electrically adjustable door mirrors and windows.

It is also equipped with an anti-hijack remote locking the unlocks the driver's door first.
