Big Motoring World customer shuttle

Innovative independent used car retailer Big Motoring World has launched a customer shuttle bus to collect customers visiting from local train to make car viewings and collections easier.

The free service will deliver potential customers to the group’s sites at West Malling and Blue Bell Hill, Kent, between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Those on board the Mercedes-Benz Viano mini bus will be welcomed with chilled water and on-screen entertainment.

Darren Miller, marketing director at Big Motoring World, said: “We are 100% committed to delivering fantastic service to our customers.

“We have can offer customers across Kent and London a huge range of premium, pre-owned cars and have continued to expand our dealerships over the last year to accommodate up to 2,000 vehicles.

“By expanding our customer care to offer this additional service, we hope to make purchasing new vehicles more convenient and to better accommodate those coming to collect their cars from us in an entirely hassle-free way.

“Big Motoring World is also thrilled to have scored so highly with customer review body Feefo and hope the shuttle will further ensure our customers have a great experience while they’re with us.”

The launch of the shuttle comes after Big Motoring World was awarded a Gold Service award by the independent review platform Feefo.

To win the award, firms need to continually receive excellent feedback from customers over a 12-month period.
