Encore Personnel are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with Peogeot Citroen in the develpoment of their flagship Auto parts hub in Slough.

We are currently recruiting for ONLINE SUPPORT COORDINATORS to organise parts for routine services and following vehicle health checks.

You will be the intermediary between the service technicians and the parts hub and will be responsible for making sure the correct parts are in the correct place at the correct time. You will also be sent footage from vehicle health checks and will have to provide information on price and availability for the customer.

Main purpose of Job:

To define customer’s parts needs and sell relevant part by means of internal systems catalogues and computer stock lists.

To satisfy internal parts customers whilst meeting Service level Agreement.

To identify all parts required, checking availability of identified parts and processing through our systems.

To notify Sales and Accessories Manager of any out of stock situations.

To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

* Process all Internal Authorised Repairers Auto VHC requests using R&D Vehicle Health check ensuring SLA is achieved
* Process all Internal Authorised Repairer Part Pre-Pick diary preparation and WIP conditioning ensuring SLA is achieved
* Meet all order deadlines, as directed by the Sales and Accessories Manager
* Respond to all Authorised Repairer enquiries/requests ensuring SLA is achieved
* Communicate effectively to all Auto VHC requests using internal communications
* Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service.
* Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
* Provide assistance as well as handling all customer requests as required
* Meet all order deadlines, as directed by the Sales and Accessories Manager
* Provide assistance for outbound sales calls to meet the Standards and Norms as directed by PSA

* Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all AVHC enquiries efficiently. Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding personal and professional conduct.

* Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with Company colleagues, customers, internal representatives, where appropriate.

Experience

* Previous experience in a parts environment or different automobile network. (Must be in Parts distribution or Automotive Logistics) or satisfy an assessment defined by the supplier which is supervised.
* Computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet
* Use of multiple systems essential
