DM Keith has acquired Royce Roberts Skoda in Hull for an undisclosed sum.

The deal was put together through ASE’s Dealermatch and takes DM Keith’s Skoda representation to six sites. It also has a Seat business.

Royce Roberts took on the Skoda business in 2008 through the carmaker's sponsored retailer programme, after buying it from Barkers Motor Group, which later went bust.

All staff have been retained by DM Keith, whose managing director Dougal Keith said: “Geographically it fits very well and has enabled us to further our relationship with the VW brands.

“We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues into the group.”

DM Keith is Skoda's biggest dealer in the UK.
