Jardine Motors’ Wolverhampton Audi has been named the top Audi dealer in the country at the German brand’s recent retailer awards.

Wolverhampton Audi achieved first place with highest scores on the Audi balanced scorecard (Q-Power).

Presenting the award Martin Sander, director of Audi UK, praised Wolverhampton Audi for a consistently high performance throughout 2012, particularly in the areas of customer satisfaction for sales and aftersales.

Mark Herbert, Jardine chief executive, said: “This award is well deserved recognition for the hard work, commitment and positive attitude that Steve King, head of business and his team at Wolverhampton have consistently delivered since we acquired the dealership in 2007.

“Audi is a key strategic partner for Jardine Motors in the UK and I am pleased, not only with this success, but also with fact that our Manchester and Shrewsbury dealerships were named as the most improved within their respective territories.”

Jardine purchased the Wolverhampton site from Beechwood Group in 2007.

Simon Everett, Jardine Audi division director, said he would use the group’s experience and expertise to ensure it will achieve award winning results with its recent acquisition of the WaysideGroup, which was already showing steady signs of improvement in the Audi southern market area
